Protein Powered Chocolate Cake

(high protein, gluten free, low carb)!

What you will need:
3 eggs
3/4 cup of granulated erythritol
1 cup coconut milk
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/2 cup melted coconut oil
1 tsp baking powder
1/4 cup coconut flour
2/3 cups cocoa powder
1 cup Protein Powered baking mix

How to do it:
Step 1: Preheat the oven to 350 F.
Step 2: Melt coconut oil on low.
Step 3: Beat the eggs with the granulated erythritol in a large bowl placed in the sink.

2 Tbsp Protein Powered pancake mix
2 tablespoons sweetener of choice
1 tablespoon MCT oil
