Protein Powered Protein Topper
Perfect for a protein boost on top of yogurt or ice cream!
What you will need:
1/2 cup nut butter
1/2 cup Protein Powered baking mix
1/4 cuppowdered erythritol
1/4 cup sugar free chocolate chips (or more)
How to do it:
Step 1: Mix it with a fork!
Step 2: Store in a glass jar and refrigerate.
Note: if your nut butter is runny, you might have to add a bit more Protein Baking mix, or if your nut butter is too firm, you can mix in some coconut oil or MCT oil or powdered erythritol if you want it sweeter!
