Protein Chia Pudding Parfaits
15 grams protein - a great protein-forward snack or double the recipe for breakfast! - pictured flavours: orange, lemon, caramel and cocoa!
What you will need:
1/2 cup almond milk or coconut milk etc.
2 tbsp chia seeds
1/2 tsp flavour extract
2 Tbsp Protein Powered Protein Flour (or unflavoured whey protein powder)
10s drop plain stevia
1 Tbsp allulose or erythritol
Variations: cocoa, fruit of any kind, chocolate shavings, cinnamon etc.
How to do it:
Mix it and pour into bowls, mason jars or parfait cups and refrigerate.
