Protein Personal Pan Pizza

PROTEIN PAN BAKED PIZZA
(Gluten Free, 2 Net Carb, 60 Grams Protein)
Whether you are need that one meal that can help you hit your protein targets or you are just excited about being able to eat as much pizza as your heart desires without gaining weight, this recipe is a game changer!
- A regular pan pizza has 69 grams of carbs, ours only has 2 grams!
- A regular pan pizza has 22 grams protein, ours has 60 grams (or more if you add meat)!!

TOPPINGS
What you will need:
Veggies of choice
Meat of choice
Pizza sauce
1 cup shredded cheese
How to do it:
Step 1: Chop veggies/meat
Step 2: Grate cheese
Once your toppings are all ready, it’s time to make the crust.
CRUST
What you will need:
1/2 cup Protein Powered Baking Mix
1/2 cup water
How to do it:
Step 1: Stir the water and mix.
Step 2: Lightly oil on a crepe pan (or other non-stick pan).
Step 3: Pour the batter, lift and move the pan around until it is spreads fully to completely cover the pan.
Step 4: Put the pan on the element and turn to medium heat.
Step 4: Cook until just cooked enough to be able to flip using fingers or a wide spatula.
Step 5: Flip and turn off the heat/element while you are adding the toppings.
The Pizza
How to do it:
Step 1: Spread pizza sauce on crust.
Step 2: Put veggies on top.
Step 3: Top with cheese.
Step 4: Next cover the pan with a lid and cook again on medium heat for 3 minutes or until the cheese is melted.
Let cool for 5 minutes on the pan then transfer to a cutting board and cut into 4 slices.
