Toad In A Protein Hole

What you will need:
2 egg cups
2 Tbsp pickle juice
2 eggs
1/4 cup shredded cheese

How to do it:
Step 1: Put your pan on medium heat.
Step 2: Whisk 2 Tbsp Protein Powered baking mix with 2 Tbsp pickle juice.
Step 2: Lightly oil your pan and egg cups so that they are easy to remove.
Step 3: Pour the batter equally between the two egg cups.
Step 4: Crack an egg in each cup over the freshly poured batter.
Step 5: Sprinkle salt and pepper on top.
Step 6: Top with shredded cheese.
Step 7: Let it cook until set enough that you can remove

the egg cups and flip without the batter spilling.
