Deep Fried Banana Protein Pancakes
Omg, I just can’t believe how much this tasted like deep fried bananas! Not low carb exactly, but gluten free and 16 grams protein….top notch dessert!
What you will need:
1/4 cup coconut milk
1 banana sliced into bite sized pieces
How to do it:
Step 1: Put a generous amount of butter in a ceramic coated non stick pan or equivalent and set to medium.
Step 2: Whisk together mix and coconut milk and add in chopped banana.
Step 3: Pour batter into pan and cook till bubbles on top and then flip.
Step 4: Serve as is or top with more butter!
